A Good Combinator Unified Platform capability

Find the right opportunity. Find the right talent. Build something real.

FDE Sponsor Matchmaker connects students seeking real-world AI experience with organizations willing to sponsor their training while solving an actual business problem.

There is a talented person who wants an opportunity, and there is a business with a real problem. Good Combinator helps bring them together.

Step 1
Sponsor a Student

A business identifies a real operational problem and funds the student's FDE training.

Step 2
Learn While Building

The student completes the 12-week FDE program while working on the sponsor's challenge.

Step 3
Deploy a Real Solution

The sponsor receives a practical digital solution designed around the predefined business problem.

Step 4
Create Opportunity

The student leaves with skills, evidence, certification, and a meaningful employer relationship.

A sponsorship, not a job posting

Sponsors describe the problem they have — not the technology needed to solve it. Good Combinator converts the problem into an appropriate solution during the 12-week FDE (Forward Deployed Engineer) program. Students get paid to learn, build something real, and develop a relationship with an employer.

Matching is human-governed: our team reviews every mutual match before an introduction is made.
